Our orders are shipped via UPS. If requested overnight, 2nd, or 3rd day, the customer may pay to do so.

 

Returns:

Custom designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts, clothing, and other made to order items require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft these items to your specification, The Baby Suite cannot accept returns of custom items.
Fabric swatches are available free of charge to help you select the appropriate colors and designs for your decor. Because custom items cannot be returned The Baby Suite suggests you contact us to request a sample prior to purchasing custom items.
Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.

Payment and Sales Tax :
The Baby Suite accepts all major credit cards and cashiers checks. The Baby Suite operates in Texas and therefore are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Texas. Those who live outside the state of Texas will not be charged sales tax by The Baby Suite.
